How do I correct poor audio quality?
You may be experiencing poor audio quality for a variety of reasons. If you have limited bandwidth, make sure you are not downloading a large file and running a large number of applications. This may cause your audio quality to deteriorate. We also recommend using headphones or a headset for the best audio quality.
Why do I hear an echo when I broadcast my webcam?
If you hear an echo when you start broadcasting your webcam and audio, you may be able to clear the echo. If you are not using headphones or a headset, make sure that your speakers are turned down low enough so that your webcam's microphone does not pick up the audio but high enough for you to hear. We recommend using headphones or a headset for the best audio quality.
Why can't anyone hear my audio?
If no one in the room can hear your audio, return to the webcam settings panel by clicking on your webcam viewer and then Start/Stop Webcam. Click the audio input dropdown to see if multiple audio inputs are listed. If multiple audio inputs are listed, select a different audio input and speak clearly into your microphone. The audio meter will move up and down if it detects sound from the selected audio input. Click Save to close this window.
Why can I only have six webcams in a room?
Video and audio quality degrade as you add more webcams into a room. We limit you to a maximum of six webcams to ensure that you will be able to see and hear the other people broadcasting webcam in the room.
